SHIPPING + RETURNS

Shipping: Items will be shipped 3-7 days from purchase. Custom orders may take up to two weeks before shipping, depending on current volume of orders. If you are purchasing a custom item and are concerned about delivery timeline,  send a direct email to saltborncollective@gmail.com for accommodation.

Returns: Items may only be returned if damaged in the shipping process, otherwise we do not accept returns. Loss or damage to the item by recipient is now their responsibility. 

A FRIENDLY REMINDER

We are a small business. All jewelry is handmade by me, Sarah Poulin. I source, design and make all jewelry, as well as run all accounts. All my pieces have hours of work and lots of love.

Our jewelry will have a description of all materials used. Soft solder spikes on any piece of jewelry are sharp to the touch and very fragile. These pieces are works of art first and foremost, so they should be treated as such.

Our pieces are not as strong as pure silver or other precious metal. Please be advised to be cautious of their fragility as well as their texture.

All our pieces are natural shapes, colors and textures. Items will differ from pictures based on customs or stock pictures. Please be advised It may not match the picture exactly.

Sny allergic reaction is at the purchasers (themselves or recipients) discretion.
